Auxiliary camera errors. How to fix?

No camera image on the screen

You may face a lack of the camera image as well as the Continue option inactivity on the exam screen on your computer when your browser is not allowed to use camera. It also happens if camera settings are set to block specific sites.
In Google Chrome (on Android) tap the three-dots option and select settings:

  1. Select Site settings
  2. Next, select Camera
  3. There, make sure that the flag is set to ask sites to use your camera.
  4. Additionally, you can address this in the Android Settings as in the picture below.

Camera image is fine, but there is broadcasting error

If the broadcasting is on on your smartphone, then you have to refresh the QR-code page on your computer (F5). After that, go through the system check again and wait for one minute on the QR-code page to get the Continue option activated. If it does not activate, scan the QR-code again.
